The Comfort Inn Reading South offers one of the finest banqueting halls for parties or functions in Reading. It can cater for up to 150 people with a Dance floor. It has previously hosted a number of Civil weddings and Wedding breakfasts and is fast becoming a popular venue.
The management team can also cater for Asian weddings in Reading. The company has a wealth of knowledge in this market and can arrange anything from musicians to specialty catering.
The Thames Suite has also played host to large exhibitions in the past ranging from Furniture to Fishing.
Inclusive rates start from £15 per person based on a minimum of 20 persons.

The Comfort Inn Reading South offers 3 meeting rooms which can hold upto 150 people. All are well lit and are fully air-conditioned.
There are a choice of packages available and these include the all inclusive Day Delegate rate from £25, to the Residential Delegate rate from £90.
These rates include: tea/coffee on arrivale; mid-morning tea/coffee; lunch; afternoon tea/coffee; basic equipment hire. The Residential rate also includes dinner and accommodation.
